General Terms and Conditions of Sale – StudioSoie

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the ‘Terms of Sale’) govern all sales made on the StudioSoie website of products such as silk pillowcases, silk sheets, linen sheets, satin products and 100% natural mulberry silk vest tops.

2. Identity of the Seller

3. Products

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. However, photographs and descriptions are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros, including VAT. StudioSoie reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The customer receives a confirmation e-mail summarising the order placed.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. It may be made by bank card, PayPal or any other payment method offered on the website.

7. Delivery

Products are generally dispatched promptly after the order has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. StudioSoie cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product in which to exercise their right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer.

9. Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, StudioSoie will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned products.

10. Guarantees

The products supplied are covered by the statutory guarantees of conformity and against latent defects, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code.

StudioSoie offers a responsive and readily available customer service. For any questions, complaints or requests for information, the customer may write to support@studiosoie.com.

12. Personal Data

Data collected when an order is placed is used exclusively for the purpose of managing orders. StudioSoie undertakes never to pass this data on to third parties without authorisation.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any use of it without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

14. Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent courts shall be those with jurisdiction over the place where the seller's registered office is located.
